Art Factory
An institution that looks like one.

What was
broken.
Art Factory has taught art in Indore since 2004. An award-winning founder, students from children to adults, online and offline classes, even therapeutic art for ADHD. And materials that suggested none of it.
Admissions staff kept apologizing for the brochure before handing it over. Online, course information lived in PDFs and enquiries arrived by phone with questions the site should have answered.
What we
did about it.
Evolve a twenty-year-old mark instead of discarding it, then build the catalogue and the site that two decades of teaching deserved all along.
Respect the equity
The old mark had recognition worth keeping in spirit. We evolved it rather than replacing it, so alumni still see themselves in it.
Catalogue before canvas
Every course got the same clear structure: what you learn, who teaches, what it costs, how to join. Confusion was quietly the biggest admissions barrier.
Admissions without phone tag
The enquiry flow collects the right details upfront and routes by course, so staff reply once with answers instead of three times with questions.

Course catalogue design
Every course given the same clear structure: what you learn, who teaches, what it costs, how to join. Confusion was quietly the largest barrier to enrolment.
- 03Website
Flagship website
The catalogue rebuilt as a browsable site, so the information that used to live in PDFs is findable, and the questions admissions kept answering by phone are answered on the page.

Website
Built around one action rather than a list of pages, and structured so the visitor is never more than one scroll from the thing they came for.
- Structured around one action, not a list of pages
- Designed and built by the same team
- Editable by your team after handover
- Tested on real devices before launch

Identity
Drawn against real applications at both ends of the scale, so the mark holds embroidered and at sixteen pixels without needing two versions.
- Explored against real applications, not a slide
- Tested at the smallest and largest sizes it will be used
- Typography and colour chosen for accessibility and print
- A written system your team can extend
A twenty-year-old mark evolved rather than discarded, so alumni still recognise themselves in it while the institute looks current to a first-time visitor.
One system laid out across every format the business actually prints, so nothing has to be redesigned each time something ships.
- One system across every format you print
- Templates so staff can produce it themselves
- Print-ready artwork, not screen exports
- No hidden production surprises

Asked
often.
Did alumni react to the new logo?
Well. Because it evolved the old mark instead of discarding it, recognition carried over.
Can staff update courses themselves?
Yes. The CMS covers courses, faculty, and schedules, with documentation from handover.
What about print materials?
The catalogue system works in print and PDF from the same source files.
